Friday 4th of April I will visit again my old dojo in Oslo, Oslo Aikido club, and Erik, the main instructor and founder (together with Thy-Thy and Pedram), after his nice seminar here in Stavanger, has kindly organized a practice instructed by me at OAK!
One session, 2 hours, on the lovely tatami, 畳, that I really miss since I moved to Stavanger (soft mats!!). It will be cool to practice again in that dojo!!
