As a cake: 7

Compared to MY tiramisu: 6—

Because, I deserve at least 6 considering being in China – Hefei “village” – Nan Yan Wan “countryside”..

I discovered the problems I am going to avoid next time! The experience will be valuable!

The tiramisu cream was good but too little: I used 4 eggs as usual, but Chinese eggs are tiny!! Next time it will be more, maybe just more whites!

The sweetness was ok for me, but the bitter dark chocolate on the top and the bitter Italian coffee for dipping the biscuits on the bottom let unfortunately the whole cake a little too bitter, because of the too thin layer of cream. Also the biscuits at the end did not absorb properly neither coffee nor cream (yeah, ladyfingers are completely a different thing!).

And the fridge was a little too cold, so the cream set too much. Tonight I’ll let the cake out maybe 1-2 hours and then inside again just before eating.

Next try it will be better! 🙂
