My Chinese food

For some reasons I felt the “need” to have something Chinese tonight, so I let myself perform some “free form Chinese cooking”.

I lack the skills of properly using the correct spices and also to present the dish properly. My dishes look always extremely messy!

After some Asian shopping I had:

“Tree ear” mushrooms (木耳) with pepper and tomatoes:


Tomatoes, egg and needle mushrooms (enoki take or 金针菇, also known as “see you tomorrow”):


And as dessert, the delicious jackfruit:


What a dinner!!!
